"Overall, I've had a decent experience living in this apartment complex. The staff have been polite and responsive to my needs. However, there are a few aspects that could use improvement. One issue that has been particularly frustrating for me is the guest parking. Although I pay for it every time, my guest is not guaranteed a spot, as the guest parking spots are often occupied by cars without permits. While the situation was managed well for a couple of weeks, the issue soon resurfaced. I hope that the management can find a more permanent solution to this problem. Additionally, it’s concerning that the gym frequently lacks wiping sanitizer. Lastly, the garage door was frequently broken, which resulted in it being widely open and anyone being able to enter the parking lot. However, I'm pleased to note that the garage door has been repaired and maintained well for the past few months. While there are a few areas for improvement, I hope that the management will continue to address these issues and make this apartment complex an even better place to live. I'll update my review if things improve later. Update June 22 2023: The situation with the guest parking has improved significantly, as we are now able to find a spot easily. However, there was an unfortunate incident last night where our car was towed despite having a guest parking pass. Update August 20 2023: The gym is having sanitizing wipes more frequently, there may be delays in responding to inquiries due to staffing shortages. Update November 2023: I moved out due to personal reasons after 1.5 yrs, and there is an entirely new staff now. The move-out process was confusing initially, as different people provided different answers. However, eventually everything was sorted out. I must highlight the friendly and responsive nature of the staff as a positive aspect of the apartment."
