"In January, I moved from Japan to the U.S.A., settling into Vector with no American living experience. The exceptional kindness and understanding shown by the management and maintenance team at Vector played a pivotal role in easing my transition into a new culture. Their prompt and courteous responses to my inquiries and requests not only made me feel respected but also significantly enhanced my living experience, providing a sense of belonging in this new chapter of my life. "Vector apartment has some nice facilities within the property. It has a pool, gym a lounge that are within the building which makes it very convenient. The apartments are also in good condition.The manager Christina Harp is helpful and friendly to communicate. However the management is more interested in getting new tenants and less interested in addressing issues from current tenants. -We repeatedly complained about noise from the apartment above, they would acknowledge it but no action was taken or the issue was never resolved for as long as we lived there. If you're a light sleeper or work from home, keep this in mind as it's a major nuisance. -Future residents ,Keep in mind that the jets in the hot tub are not all functional most of the time, really just a hot soak, no pressure really from the jets if one or two functions at all. I would keep my expectations low. -When we moved out they charged us an exorbitant cleaning fee. Also, their staff isn't fully knowledgeable about various terms and conditions of the lease. For example one person mentioned that they charge a $35 cleaning fee when the lease mentions it's $35/ hour. It seems that their staff needs to be trained well. This is where I take off stars in the review as our stay ended with a bad experience with my verbal communication with the management. If you're planning to stay longer than a year, please note that rents do rise significantly from the second year."

"The application/ move-in process has so far been amazing. Juanita has gone above and beyond for us, always answering questions and giving us all of the information to make this move as easy as possible for us. Additionally, she is totally okay with us popping by if we have more questions or forgot what something looked like, etc. Juanita is wonderful and never makes us feel like we’re a burden on her (even the times when I called multiple times in one day to clarify information, sorry!). "We have lived in Vector for two years, and just happily renewed our lease. It is very clean and has beautiful amenities. The location and building are swanky and fun! We are only part-time residents, but feel like we're on vacation with the nearby restaurants, pubs and shops. When we toured the facilities, we found the leasing staff to be friendly and helpful. We have found Christina to be very quick to respond to our questions and happy to help with the renewal process. We haven't had any maintenance needs, but the common areas are always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The reason that we aren't giving a 5-star review is that we are on a lower floor, and can hear movements from the apartment above pretty loudly. I would recommend a top floor for a quieter experience, but the complex itself is very quiet and relaxing overall."
