"Quiet hours are 24/7, if you have children, don’t move here. Not to mention the awful build quality of the apartments. We’ve had cabinet doors fall off, our kitchen cabinets lean forward at such an angle that our cabinet doors don’t close. There is no storage closet, and you get in trouble for keeping totes on your porch. Last year they tried to increase our rent by the maximum amount allowed by law, and tried to play it off as a requirement on their end. They also don’t salt or scrape walkways. During the ice storm, all the main roads were clear and our complex remained a skating rink. From the parking lot, to the stairs, to the walkways between every building, we were covered in ice for days longer than every surrounding area. HOWEVER. The maintenance guys who work here are excellent"

"Been having bad luck with the washer and dryer this week and Charles has made the repairs the next day. One part took a few days so we had to wash/dry at the laundromat only reason I gave it 4 stars."

"Just moved in, Jordan has been the one I’ve been working with and he is awesome! He has gone out of his way to make sure the application and move in process has gone smoothly, and is great at communicating. I’ve look at many apartments and I can honestly say that this complex and property felt more welcoming and more like home than the others. I love the dog park area which will be very useful for keeping up on training for my Service Dog-in training, and I love the layout with the trees and plants. Upon move in I found a few minor issues, with it being the weekend they couldn’t send anyone out right away till Monday. Maintenance was at my door bright and early Monday morning and took care of everything for me, the staff at this location is friendly, professional and gives a great family/community vibe. I look forward to spending the next year here ! :))"
