"Stood me up for a scheduled tour for 3:30 pm, that was scheduled over the phone. Leasing office was “closed” at 3pm. Strong Motel 6 persona about the whole place. Laundry room and leasing office entrance stank of a strong urine odor. Tried calling twice, but a voicemail said that they were not accepting calls at this time."
"*NO AC* *ANT PROBLEM* *not recommended for families with kids* They don’t do pest control. The appliances are new but I did notice they hiked up the rent a ridiculous amount for new people and let me say it’s not worth the new price. The parking lot doesn’t accommodate us all sometimes and no street parking option. People like to break into the mailboxes. Also half a**ed dog park that use to be a kids playground and calling the concrete wall the area for kids to ‘play’ (it looks so sad). Also we were told there were washer dryer connections in our unit and there is most definitely not. 2 Laundry rooms that both have broken down machines thus leaving everyone in the complex to use a total of 3 functioning washer/dryer sets and upped the price per load.."
"It’s not terrible for the price compared to the sky-high prices of all of the other apartments in the area. The walls have good insulation so we do not hear our neighbors or vice versa. When we moved in, the apartment wasn’t ready. The sliding glass door didn’t lock (and this was visible from outside, so I felt unsafe). The blinds were broken. Our bathroom sink was leaking and damaged my cosmetic items under the sink. The dryer broke and it kept several visits from maintenance to fix it. The hot water didn’t work for months. The maintenance guy would turn up the heat every time he came. We had a professional electrician bring us a new water heater thermostat because what was happening was that our water was getting so hot that it was turning itself off as an emergency measure. It was dangerous that the maintenance guy thought he should just keep turning it up higher; it wasn’t calibrated and was dangerously hot. The bathroom has black mold but I bought a dehumidifier that seems to help. A few weeks ago every single mailbox was left open and a packaged I’d had delivered was completely stolen. I am too nervous to walk by the mailboxes a lot of the time because people hang out there and smoke. I don’t know if they live here or not. The grounds are littered in garbage and the gutters are in desperate need of cleaning. It’s not a nice place but it’s livable and we can afford it."
"Tldr; living in your car is a better option than here. Horrible repair jobs, wanted to charge us because the maintenance person did a shoddy job and we request a re-fix. Paid $100 a month for our washer and dryer to be broken for 3 months, dishwasher was broken for 4 months, they said that they repaired it after a month and closed that ticket, even though no one even came to the apartment. Threatened us with lawyers when we paid the get out of lease fee that was written into the contract because someone messed up the paperwork and they wanted more. Good luck reaching anyone involved with money disputes through email/writing, u professional management staff tries to run you in circles with "I don't know" and "you can call here". Very obvious that they don't want paper trails so that they can scam tenants and can legally make everything hearsay."
"Awful place to live. Getting anyone to come over to fix anything took several messages each time. For most of my time there, I was afraid to leave my apartment due to threats from my neighbor. This same neighbor would constantly have unsupervised homeless in his apartment. Management took no interest in this. At one point had more than 10 police outside my front door due to the same neighbor. Skip this place."
