"I visited a friend yesterday and have never felt so unsafe as when one of the residents showed up banging on the door, started hurling explitives, and assaulted the person who answered the door. Not once did they try talking. They simply attacked her. If you enter this complex, bring a self defense weapon. Edit (1/24/23): 9 months, a police report, and a report to the housing office later. My friend tells me the guy still lives here. My friends live every day in fear but cannot afford to leave. Future residents, run while you still can."

"I've never lived here, but I did some work in these apartments and they are extremely large very spacious very well design very well built soundproof nice setting. They look like they would be a nice place to live."

"If you like living with your parents and paying a ton for rent, this is the place for you. Management polices the place intensely, and constantly complain to tenants about trivial things. It's really like living at home with your parents, and paying them rent to follow their rules. I get there are rules to follow anywhere, but the degree to which they watch tenants is excessive, and most complaints they have are stupid (like going 10mph in the parking lot instead of 5mph for example)."

"If you like living with your Parents, you'll love FCV.. Personally, I couldn't wait to get away from home and not have my activities micro-managed. It started on day 1. The property manager didn't want to see my bikes on the patio (where else would I put 4 bicycles...in the living room?). Later they didn't like my car parked in the stall "backwards". Following that they didn't like the protective cover I placed on my car. Sheesh. I was glad to be out of there. Oh, upon move out they charged me for a complete re-paint of the apartment. Totally bogus!! Don't expect to see your deposit back."
