"The price was decent at the time nice and moderate costing when I moved in after living there for a couple of months I've noticed more and more problems of the place; such as inconsistent management, no repairs done even after I've pointed them out in initial walk through, bad reception in area, and lazy staff. After I left they charged me for all the damages to the place that were previously there. I wasnt present for the final walkthrough and I was home all day for the final walkthrough date that was stated by the manager. I inquired about why there wasnt a walkthrough the date they told me and the manager told me "the walk through is unesasary since you've lived there only for a few months". About a month after moving out I got my deposit back and a paper saying all the costs that I owed and ended up losing close to 500 dollars of repairs on previous damages. Side note: Wasnt planning on writing this review until today at night I parked at the lower lot to drop my girlfriend at her place(also Edgewood Manor). All I was doing was having a little talk with her until a lady yelled at my girlfriend and accused her of selling drugs."

"Had list of items for maintenance from 2 days after moving in a year later nothing fixed. Outlets falling out of walls carpet dirty fan in bathroom let cold air in bifold doors broken. And they wanted to charge for repainting carpet cleaning regular cleaning they do as apartments turn but seems they never fix anything and try to charge people when they move out wow and youyou better have an appointment cus manager is never on site door to office locked and blinds down laundry machines never work ..either"

"The new managers are really great. Happy with my home after a little more than a year. Affordable rent and easy access to just about everything."

"The managers at Edgewood Manor are decent people who do their best to do their jobs. The only problems I had were constant leaks. We had water coming through the ceiling of the bathroom, from the sliding glass door, and the garbage disposal. I was very concerned with mold because of my new baby and my doctor even said to have it tested and move out asap. The managers continued to not take action on the test.(I can imagine it would hurt their reputation if it came back positive, which it would.) They drilled a tiny hole to "test" if the bathroom had any and said that they didn't see anything. My family moved out early and all the health problems my newborn had disappeared in 2 days. I enjoyed it in the beginning because of the location and it is a decent apartment for a good price but after all the inaction on damages I am thrilled to be out of there."
