"There's Never enough parking at this place. That's the most inconvenient thing I deal with on a daily basis. They tow your vehicle without notice, not even a phone call to verify ownership of vehicle. Management are almost not available to answer questions or phone calls. They leave early often even though they close at 6pm. Don't rent here if you own two vehicles"

"This place goes through management like crazy been here a year and there's already been 4 different people. Parking is hard to find . Place is decent to live. Nice area."

"It's an OK place to live. There is a small park in the complex along with a pretty cool bike trail close by. The apartments are pretty basic and small. Some do come with 2 bathrooms so that's nice. The balcony is really small. Only good enough to put maybe a chair and a small table. Nothing more. There's no place in this house for storage like an attic or a crossbase. The living Room is decent but the kitchen is pretty small. Not a lot of cupboard space. The washer and dryer will most likely be in one of the bathrooms they are full size."

"Not enough parking, don’t even bother with this place if you have two vehicles. Definitely bring a lot of lights with you because there is absolutely no lights in the bedroom or living area. There’s also an annoying verizon electrical box in the closet that I’ve never seen in an apartment before that beeps from time to time as well and I don’t understand the point of it."

"Police officers and ambulances show up late at night or superrrr early in the morning flashing lights often. Cars drive around the parking lot blasting music around 10pm or later. Office staff is really nice though. The maintenance is okay they do quick fixes or replace items quickly. My toilets always get clogged for normal use."
