"Absolutely the worst complex I’ve ever rented at. The corporate management will not return calls. I have been dealing with bugs in my unit. Contacted Corporate several times asking for a return call. Nothing. I was silenced by a letter on my door stating if I bring up bugs again I would be evicted. Do not move into this complex. All I’ve had is stress the two years I lived here. I hope the owner Hans see this because I would love to let him know what’s going on. Princeton is the worst management company and they have done nothing to solve my concerns. I wish I didn’t need to give 1 star. They deserve Zero Stars. Update: I was told DO NOT email the manager and email my concerns to Corporate, and of course they don’t respond. They had their pest control company come out to inspect for bugs and stated there’s no bugs. Funny, I had 2 bugs crawling on my mattress last night that I have a video of.. Of course there’s no bugs. Joke! Do Not move into this complex they are all lies and dishonesty. From the office to corporate to their bug company. It’s all a big scam working together. Do you notice how they did not deny not contacting me. 100% truth! Do NOT trust Oak Glen or the Management company. Update 6-7-2023 They had their pest control company stop over and respond there’s no bugs in this unit. This photo looks like a bug to me. Now Princeton is harassing me. They don’t like these negative reviews. All they do is hide behind the computer and send stupid letters that you don’t even receive because their mailbox’s are damaged and no one can receive their mail. It’s been over a month since a service vehicle ran into Oak Glens mailbox and nothing has been done. Now they are charging me $150 for damages. There’s not anything damaged in this unit. They sent someone in my unit for a carpet inspection so they said. They took a bunch of photos of 7 year old carpet and now they are attempting to charge me $150 for damages. It’s basically them harassing me. Do Not consider moving into this complex. Read the other reviews; this place is not a friendly place. Does this video look like a bug crawling on my bed? I will let the viewers decide. Don’t rent at this complex. Princeton Management treats you like you don’t matter. Absolutely the worst property management. No comparison for people living with BUGS."

"Poor management... instead of having a "welcome home" banner, should say something like: "we spy on you"... absolutely no privacy. Goodluck if you decide to move there..."

"Not bad. Depending on who your upstairs neighbors are, there might be a LOT of inconsiderate noise, like excessively loud music with bass at 1am in the morning. But it seems that noise complaints are taken seriously. If you’re a considerate tenant, that’s a major plus. The walls could have been cleaned better before move in. Sometimes smell marijuana through open windows. later at night. Kitchens are outdated, but otherwise, plenty of unassigned, uncovered spots to park."

"I have lived in Oak Glen Apartments for a total of 6 years, it is one of the best place every lived. The management and everyone else working in the office were great, and supportive. the apartment space, parking, and the price can't be beat. I had to move otherwise, would hav stayed there as long as I could."

"Stayed here for 2+ years.. never had any issues. The office staff has always been helpful. Didn't have any issues while leaving either with security deposit ( they had very high initial deposit which is a minus). One issue I had was that my car was parked right in front of sprinkler and that damaged my car with white spots.. They stopped the sprinkler but didnot fix the issue on my car."
