"Pros: cheap rent, I had mine at $932 a month for a 2 bedroom for 3 years. It will now increase to $979 a month in 2023. For the vicinity of where we are at, it’s a good deal. I appreciate water sewage and garbage being paid for & that it is super close to Winco for grocery shopping. Orenco Orchards Nature Park is also a walking distance away & TriMet is very accessible. I appreciate the events that REACH hosts for community events & was fortunate to move into a home two weeks before I was about to give birth to my daughter and to raise a family Cons: no guest parking in the lot, it took a year and a half for management to deal with a in unit smoking issue & 8 months for us to get our dishwasher to be replaced because they did not have a maintenance person. For cooking, it’s more than likely the smoke detector will go off when cooking high temp (which is very annoying)"

"I was treated unfairly, ignored, told I was approved then something else would go wrong. I would call the office a number of times only to be ignored. I went into the office looking for a apartment and it’s now the end of July and I’m still waiting."

"The buildings are new, the old staff are gone! Thankfully, many of the people who live there aren't nice. Low income housing. I was treated unfairly by the original staff."
