The Grove at Orenco Station

"I lived at Grove at Orenco for 4 years and I loved my little apartment. They had the best rate for the size wheni looked awhile ago for this area. I really enjoyed the modern design with double walk in closets, big windows, high ceilings, porch with storage and amenities (such as hot tub, dog park). My neighbors were friendly, the area is safe and relatively clean and the staff are super helpful. Will miss living there!"

"I have lived here at the Grove a few years now, and I must say that it is truly the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I am moving out in a month, and I only hope that the next place is up to the same quality that I have experienced here at The Grove at Orenco because they have set a high bar to match. I was on a top floor and I never in 3 years heard my neighbors through the walls, and the neighborhood is especially quiet as well. I never felt like I had to worry about my apartment or car getting broke into, this is definitely one of the safest areas in the greater Portland Metro area. Also, the staff is highly professional, and always addressed any issue that arose quickly. I would definitely live here again!"

"The staff was great, no problem there. I was going to stay another year but the cost of a 2 bedroom with no A/C was so high that buying a home has actually put more money in my savings. I couldn't use my patio because everything from the 2 decks above me fell through the boards and onto mine so it was constantly filthy."

"My girlfriend and I have been renting an apartment here at The Grove at Orenco Station for just under a year, and the experience has been fantastic overall. The management team has been very friendly and sincere from day 1, and the speed at which maintenance issues/misc. concerns get resolved can not be overstated. So far, every maintenance request I have submitted since living here has been rectified within the same day. When community maintenance is scheduled, the management is respectful and gives plenty of advance notice to all tenants. Parking has been a non-issue for myself since moving in, as it seems that there are usually a few vacant spots around our building except at very late hours. The community pool and social area is kept looking great at all times, both by respectful tenants and staff. Suffice to say, we are quite happy here and are looking to renew our lease in the coming months."

"I lived at Avana for 3 years (2015-2018) and it was a fantastic experience. David, Mario, Gus and all the staff are the nicest people and will always help you with a smile. The location is great - a short walk to the MAX, New Seasons and restaurants/shops around that area. The apartment I lived in had been recently renovated and was in great condition. And the community pool area was always a great place to come back to and relax after a day of work. I strongly recommend this community for anyone looking for a place in Hillsboro."
