"I have lived at Zera for a few years and have really enjoyed my time here. The office staff has always been friendly and I love the new dog park for mu pup. Every maintenance request is addressed quickly and the maintenance manager Ben communicates when an issue will take a couple extra days to fix. I recommend this place to my friends and coworkers."
"Happy to live in this newly developed apartment complex. We have been here at least 3 years now. I can barley hear my neighbors above below or on the sides. The maintenance team is prompt, do good work and very respectful. We are enjoying the many community amenities that are well maintained. I would recommend living here."
"Brenda is probably the most miserable person I've delt with outside of this lady named Staci from an insurance agency. She is unhelpful and rude. Whenever I have asked for a receipt for rent payment, she'll act as if that's a huge inconvenience and not required. She acts as though she is saving the world rather than acting like someone who is a receptionist at an apartment complex. Marybeth is great always. The primary reason for the 1 star is how dirty the community is. There is dog poop every where and mushrooms that have overrun the grassy areas. My kids can't even play in the grassy area because how dirty it is. Also, the area is overrun with people who need to sleep in their car which is so sad. It feels completely unsafe and it doesn't help the apartment staff does not maintain the grounds properly. The inside of the apartments look nice but are cheaply built. There is no sound proofing. You can hear people in the next apartment over, ontop of you, and within your home who are across the home in a room with a closed door. Definitely overpriced for the area. I think they use the fact there are homes across the street as a way to price the apartments but I'm sure you are paying the same amount to live in a cheaply built apartment as those living in their own home across the way. If you feel all this is not a big deal, this place is perfect for you."
"We love this place! From the moment we toured, we knew it was for us. The bright, new feel of the units, great location, and nice finishings are great. We moved in not long ago, but have been there many times because we took possession of our unit early due to a special they were running. It's nice and bright outside at night, which is great when you come home late. The freezer has an ice maker! If I had one gripe, it was the washer. It wouldn't spin and left clothes wet. I put in a maintenance request online, and got an email once they opened the next morning. I shared which error code it was giving me, and they came by that morning and quickly fixed it. If this wasn't enough, the real star is their amazing rental agent, Brenda! She's been SO patient with our questions. She's always been the absolute sweetest person to deal with. I've had to call and email about so much, especially before we moved in, yet she has been gracious and understanding with everything. I was not paid or compensated in any way by writing this. I'm just happy to have a chance to live there."
"It’s very fine here. Parking is near impossible to find all the time, but probably because I’m a night shift. Still, half of the spots are paid which is their way to make residents fight over parking. Rent is generally increased every lease end, at least for us. We have the 2b2b and right now it’s about 2350 a month. You can technically keep bikes here but our bike was ripped apart by homeless over the course of a few nights starting with the wheels. Being right across from tv hwy, a bus station, and a fred meyer with bottle drop, it’s not as luxury as one might hope on first inspection. We also had a car broken into but luckily nothing was stolen, in fact they left us a used sweatband! :) The apartments themselves look nice but after living here for two years they’re clearly constructed as cheaply as possible: we had to contact maintenance to reattach our patio door because it literally broke off of the hinges, some of the blinds are crooked and catch when you try to put them up, there’s lots of dings/scratches and cracks if you look hard enough, and underneath our air conditioning unit is a fairly substantial hole that goes into the insulation which lets hot or cold air in, depending on which is worse. All things considered we had a (very tall) roof over our heads and the sound insulation is fairly good so it could definitely be worse. While it is expensive there is a good amount of room so it usually doesn’t feel stuffy or crowded with three people."
