"I love living here. Hands down best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance is super fast and friendly. The property is so clean and well kept. The springtime flowers are amazing! The gym is so clean and I love that its 24 hours. I feel very safe here as well!"
"I've spent about 3 years in this place. It was the first place I moved out into and I really enjoyed it especially for the area. The apartments are spacious and the maintenance crew are wonderful and kind. However, management is not the best and for what you pay for just for the location, it is not worth it. Rent kept going up immensely every year but nothing improved. There were a couple of attempted break-ins that I witnessed and tried to call the security officer on patrol for the apartments for but his voicemail was full and he never answered the phone so we called the police instead a couple of times. I spent over 2 years trying to get management to help us with our mold problem in the master bedroom and even offered to pay any expenses. A lot of my stuff was lost because it seeped into our room. There was a ventilation problem and we were sure it was the fan but they kept sending workers to repaint out bathroom instead of fixing it. It took a year to get them to look at the fan. When they did they took it apart and cleaned it, but it broke not too long after that. We had to submit another request to replace it and that took a long time as well. They repainted our bathroom so many times that a bubble formed on one of the walls and they kept blaming us for not opening our windows enough and told us nothing was ever wrong on their side after we got the fan replaced and fixed the problem. I had to send them a history of all the service requests we submitted as evidence that this was an ongoing and reoccurring problem. I even went out and bought two dehumidifiers and opened our windows every time we showered to help with the ventilation. We moved out to a nicer place with half the price in costs. We don't even have a fan in our bathroom, only our two dehumidifiers but there has been no problem so far. I've sent multiple emails to the management about our deposit though and have not received anything back except that when we left they said they'd follow up after taking costs out for cleanup. When I last emailed, they said new tenants had already moved in. Still waiting on a response about our deposit."
"Absolutely loved living here! Close to everything, great amenities and very community based. Staff is super nice too!"
"We love the apartment here. The location is close to work, and there are restaurants and the train station is just a few minutes walk. Our apartment layout is just what we wanted...double sinks in the bathroom and a garden tub to boot. Pics are our view from our apartment"
"I've been living here one year and just happily signed the lease for another year. The apartment is spacious and fits my needs perfectly. You get more space for cheaper than the nearby apartments at Orenco Station. It's a quick 3-4m walk to the MAX station, but since Nexus isn't right on the line you don't have to listen to the MAX all day. We're within walking distance of the La Provence Bakery, Starbucks, Thai, Lebanese, Burgers, the Sunday Farmer's Market, and New Seasons. The gym was just renovated too and has a lot of nice workout equipment. Neighbors are never an issue either. Parking for myself is quite nice, though a bit convoluted for guests, which is easy enough to assuage if you let them know what to expect (you get two guests passes or can direct them to park on available nearby streets). I've always found the staff to be personable and respectful. Management and maintenance both have been quick to respond to concerns, questions, requests, and comments, and I often get caught up talking to them. All in all I see myself happily living here until I either move out of state for work or I'm ready to put a down payment on a house. I'm ready for year two! Also, these apartments are perfect for Hue ;)"
