Timbers Inn

"I stayed at the Timbers Inn for 4 nights while attending a conference on the UO Campus. It was perfect - comfortable, clean, no frills. My room was simple but clean, the bed was firm, shower pressure was good, the fridge worked, and the cleaning staff came every day. The lobby is a charming space to hang out, with comfy chairs and a little fire place. Front desk staff was flexible and helpful. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast fare. It was a pleasant walk to campus every day, although there are also buses nearby."

"Nice update to rooms. Good breakfast. Considerate staff. Traffic noise is ever present (I live in a super quiet location, so urbanites may not notice. Didn't feel comfortable walking the area at night to restaurants."

"I recently stayed at The Timbers when I was stuck in Eugene for an extra 4 days due to the ice storm. I cannot speak highly enough of the kindness of the staff. They really care about their guests. They worked with me through a lot of frustrating uncertainty with my travel plans. My flights kept getting significantly delayed or cancelled and I didn't know day to day if that would be the day I'd finally get home. They worked with me on making sure I would still have a room if my flight was cancelled (again). Their breakfast is delicious and kept fresh. The rooms are cute, comfortable, and clean. The front office/lobby is a comfortable and cozy place to hang out to work or enjoy a book and glass of wine by the fire. They have a nice selection of snacks and microwavable meals for purchase which was a lifesaver when everything was closed due to the storm. I highly recommend this little gem and we will definitely be back if ever back in Eugene."

"This place is spectacular. The breakfast is managed by an amazing cook and all of the appliances work well and the food is laid out aesthetically. The front desk is responsive and kind. The rooms are great. Everything is very clean, the bathroom is clean, the shower is clean, and the beds are clean and comfortable. You won't regret your stay here and you should stay here over any brand name hotel: 100%."
