"This review is for the person looking for a job in the childcare field (parents, too, but mostly a person job hunting). I was a teacher aide, and my last day at this daycare was a week and a half before posting this review. Positive things about this childcare: -All three locations have a variety of toys, activities, etc. to keep children engaged with themselves and others. -Two of the three locations feel "homey," with the third (the more official center) feeling more academic and preschool-y. Negative things about this childcare: -The workers bring their family lives to work every single day--because all the workers (at the time I'm writing this) are related. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but when family drama and nasty gossip get brought to work for show and tell, it makes for an incredibly unprofessional environment. Another way to phrase this is that work/personal boundaries do not exist. -Teachers often modeled poor conflict resolution for the children. It is not ok to tell a child how to manage anger and then explode at them when they fail to do so. And this was not a one-time thing, but rather a common occurrence. When I put in my two weeks' notice, I told Josie (boss, hiring manager, owner) that I needed support in figuring out how to communicate to the kids that I would be leaving. I had gotten especially close to three or four of them, but I would miss all of them a lot. I was advised to wait til my last week and then start having that conversation. When that last week came, I was told every individual workday that there was "no work for me today." I did not work that whole week, I never got to say goodbye, and neither my text nor phone call inquiring as to why I got ghosted were answered--just ignored. Do not bring your kids here. The environment is more detrimental than beneficial. And do not apply to work here. Just don't."

"I was super hesitant to put my daughter in any form of child care. I have a weird schedule and Josie, the owner is super patient and understanding. My daughter also LOVES this daycare! She is so excited when we drive up and super sad to leave! Josie sends me picture updates of how my baby is doing which is super nice! This place is definitely a life saver and also very affordable relative to other day cares ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 10/10 recommend!"

"If I could give no stars I would!!! Josie the owner was highly unprofessional & disrespectful toward me over a miscommunication. Nice daycare, HORRIBLE STAFF... Never been treated so poorly, I cannot believe my daughter was here for a single day around those type of people.. i do not recommend bringing your child here!"
