"The first child I see on their website is a kid with same texture of hair as my son. So why do you charge more to cut coilly and curly hair? Significantly more!! Also, if you’re going to use curly/coilly kids for advertisement, make sure you hire people that know how to cut their hair. We sat and waited for our appointment. It started late. Then we were turned away and told no one there that day knew how to cut my son’s hair type. It was embarrassing. They offered a few dollars off his next cut. I would never recommend this salon."

"This place was just rough, felt like it was a temporary operation in a vacant store front in Lloyd center, cold and drab. My daughters first haircut was maybe 10 minutes, rushed and botched, had to fix her bangs this morning as they were so uneven and hanging in her eyes. I legit feel as if the receptionist did the cut and not a licensed hair cutter. For $45 plus $10 tip. Just a disappointment. Felt like the stylist was going through the motions or just doesnt like kids, cause everything felt forced, like didnt even brush the cut hair off of my daughter. Their site offers options they dont offer in person for first time cuts. I have no interest in discussing this with any employees or management, I just want to give other parents a heads up. Maybe the non William's locations are better. Additionally I agreed to an 12:00 booking, and they had me down for 11:50? I called at 11:40 and told them I was running late due to closure of 84, was told I was just fine. 12:03 Im parking the car and get a call back from a now impatient stylist telling me I am 10 minutes late. That there was another appointment at 12:17..... like what? I should have trusted my gut and cancelled and drove off, but didnt want to ruin the magic of her first haircut for my daughter. We left around 12:30 with no other appointments walking in."

"Absolutely the best! We took our 21 month old here for his first hair cut and we were so happy with the outcome :) Nikki was amazing with him and she made the entire process so easy and stress free. I would recommend Sit Still to everyone!"

"We LOVE getting our boys haircuts here! The stylists did a great job making the kids feel safe and comfortable, making it all fun and playful and they are so quick! The haircuts only took 30 minutes at most and looked amazing. The kids love watching iPads and sitting in the cool chairs. Ainsley did a great job checking in with me about the cut along the way to make sure I was happy with it. Much appreciated!"

"The owner sent me a text message, not an email. I find it laughable that she tried to slander me with her ‘one star’ comment. If you look, you very clearly see there are five stars for an array of businesses. Her hairstylist had two sentences with me before chopping off 5 inches of my son’s baby hair. I wanted to keep as much length as possible! Genetically he is a blonde baby, who will end up with dark black hair, and she took that all away from me and my son. The entire experience was awful. The haircut is awful. I will never go back. Be careful. The first few haircuts for a child are always important for their mother, and it would be nice if a children’s hair salon would understand that. If she had taken three minutes to have a conversation with me about what I wanted out of the haircut this might be a five star review. My heart has genuinely been hurting for a week! Sure his hair will grow back, but it will never be blonde again, and I can never change the experience that we had. Deeply and genuinely sad."
