Drew provided a competitive price for the Quartzite Slabs, offered a few Fabricators who could do the Tearout / Install, and Intrepid held our Slabs for over a month as we aligned our plans. "I completely agree with all the reviews. The girls at the counter never acknowledged us until it was close to closing. Their attitude is that they are doing us a favor by letting us buy tile. Every tile selection comes with a custom order surcharge. I came back a second time to see if things had changed and it was just as bad. I will not be back. If you are looking for marble slabs it is even worst. They will not quote you a price only your installer can know."

"I concur with others responses regarding poor service at Intrepid. The receptionists never left their chairs during my hour visit, as they entertained themselves with videos and personal conversation. The four other wholesale stores I visited all had roaming professionals offering assistance. When we approached Heather with a question, she said the information is on the sample, and the measurement is on the packaging (which she discovered it wasn’t), and seemed reluctant to look up such things as availability of products (I had to ask her several times-really). Too bad this nice showroom has uncooperative and condescending people representing them. But the products are nice-just prepare for self-service."
