"We absolutely LOVE Thompson Tile & Stone Outlet! Jenna was SO incredibly helpful and patient with us. We were in the middle of a sudden bathroom remodel and needed tile "same day". We had no clue what we'd find but knew it was worth a shot since all of the big box stores seemed to have the same materials. We had our hands full with our daughter and Jenna took the time to help us carefully and accurately calculate the right amount of tile we needed. She gave awesome advice, tips, and tricks to help us install our tile properly. We ended up buying subway tile for the shower and tile for the bathroom floor from the outlet instead of a big box store because of how easy Jenna made the process. We definitely saved time and money by going to see them. Jenna also recommended using a premixed urethane grout, because it was more durable and required less maintenance. We LOVE the way the urethane grout turned out! It went on fairly easily and we love that it never needs sealing. Again, just another awesome tip and product you won't find in a big box store. Worth the drive, you won't be disappointed!!"
