"The massage was great for as long as it lasted. The only complaint I have is you request we show up early ( my massage was scheduled at 1 pm)I did this and was not invited back to the room until 1:15. At 1:20 the therapist came in after I had disrobed and was ready. The massage was over at 2:00 pm sharp. The math of the time is 40 minutes to the delay. I pay for a 60 minute massage. I agree 5 minutes to undress. I would appreciate an explanation and possibly a credit for the time I was not afforded"
"Joann was very knowledgeable about our assisted stretch session. She is also a personal trainer which made my confidence in her abilities even stronger! She helped me to feel absolutely loose and free from the pain in my back after just a single session. Of course it's not a permanent fix but I had not felt that good in so long. Highly recommend an hr long session with her!"
