"Did a lot of talking up of her services but my end result was lacking. The next day my feet felt and looked the same as before I got my pedicure minus the nail paint. I also asked for shellac for my finger nails and she said gel was the same, NOT THE SAME. I damaged my nails taking the gel off even after soaking them. This was over a year ago but I couldn't post until now due to other reasons."

"I wish I could give no stars but I'll give one because these ladies are so nice. The first time I went in, I made an appt and i ended up getting someone who simply rents out a spot in their building (which i also think should have been disclosed that she was NOT a part of their business, and also disclose that this person has only been doing nails for 2 months) that experience was horrible, three hours went by when i realized my nails wouldn't be done close to correct. I paid and left. Called to get them fixed by one of the owners, she was very nice and agreed to fix them. I went in and sat for another 3 hours for her to reshape and re paint....3 hours....i then left with fat/ thick nails that were still not shaped correctly...after 3 hours...within 2 days, 3 nails have fully popped off. Either their product is horrible or they are horrible. Or a combo of both. Lesson learned...i will never be going back. Waste of $60 and 6 hrs of my life. I got them fixed elsewhere in 25min and they r still in great condition 3 weeks later."
