"My wife got a dip powder manicure here. She waited over 30 minutes past her scheduled appointment time. She got dip powder manicure and it didn’t look good at all when she left. Some of her nails were smudged and they wouldn’t fix it. She will never be back to this nail salon."

"I made an appointment for my husband and I to get pedicures. Then i also said i might want a Medicare. But wasnt sure. But i also told them i need my brows wax. Which he said not s problem. They did a good job on pedicures. I decided I didn't want a manicure when I was there. I left them know after after they finished my pedicure when I was waiting for my toes to dry. They said okay. Didn't look happy. They looked pisssed. Even though I told them I might. But wasn't sure. I asked if I can still get my brows wax. They said they didn't have time. There was only one other customer in there. Know one else. I know it doesn't take long to do brows. I'm like oooookkkkkk...... when I made my appointment I wanted my brows done also. They said they never got told. Even though when we got they I asked just to make sure. So I'm like okay. That's fine. I told my husband I will just go to the place I normally go too. I asked are my toes complelty dry. She felt them and said yep. They are dried. So I put my shoes on. Payed and left. I got home like an hour later. Took off my shoes. Snd toes. Half the paint color on my big toe came off. I'm like really. There went dryer like she said. Don't want to go back to have them fix it. So I will just go a get bottle of polish to change the color. It's a simple blue color. Probably won't go back. I havent had any issues with them before them"

"--- Disappointing Experience at Lee's Nails Review: I recently visited Lee's Nails at 5438 River Rd. in Keizer, Oregon, for a pedicure, and unfortunately, it was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. Despite having had many pedicures before, this one left me deeply unsatisfied. One of the major issues was the overcrowding of customers. It was evident that the salon took on way too many customers at once, as they were simultaneously working on multiple people, including myself. This led to a rushed and impersonal experience, which was far from relaxing. Moreover, the time spent on actually tending to my feet was shockingly inadequate. They only dedicated around six minutes to rub one foot and merely four minutes on the other. This lack of attention and care was truly disappointing. The quality of the polish job was equally subpar. The application was messy and uneven, to the point where I felt a two-year-old could have done a better job. Additionally, the toenails were cut crookedly, which not only looked unprofessional but also felt uncomfortable. Overall, my experience at Lee's Nails was far from satisfactory. I expected a professional and enjoyable pedicure, but instead, I encountered rushed service, poor polish application, and uneven toenail cutting. I hope the salon takes this feedback into consideration and improves their services for future customers."

"Kim did a good job on my nails and they are super cute. She was really gentle and took her time to make them look even. I would definitely go back. Price wasn't bad either."
