We have a strict policy regarding cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, and late arrivals. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise, 50% of the service total will be charged. For no-shows, 100% of the service total will be charged and future appointments will be canceled. Please arrive on time, as we have a 10-minute grace period. Late arrivals will be charged 50% of the service total.
