"I will never spend another dollar at Solar Nails ever again. I've gone here a few times when not able to go to Portland or Eugene and they've always been rude and not done what I asked. I still paid and tipped. However, my daughter really wanted to get her nails done there for her birthday because everyone else always has a good experience. Which is also why I kept giving them a try. I figured maybe it was just those particular nails techs because everyone else's always looked so beautiful. So I made two appointments and when we came in this afternoon and then took my daughter but said that no one would do MY nails in particular and loudly like I had done something wrong or not paid. So for one I was embarrassed and for two they ruined having this experience with my daughter for her birthday. I have been getting my nails done for damn near 23 years and never have I ever been treated like that."

"What I asked for and what I received were 2 different things my nails looked like a3rd grader colored them my nail tech dropped something into my nail and instead of buffing it, polished over it. Leaving a nasty bump. Huge scuffs in my other nails. I'll never go back"
"My boyfriend and I came in for pedicures tonight ! First time at this salon and let me just say it was AMAZING. They were pretty busy and we had an appointment but didn't mind the wait. We understand with how busy they were ! I just got a basic color with glitter and my boyfriend got clear coat. The massage chairs were great. The two ladies were so sweet and they both did an amazing job. We'll definitely be coming back !!"
