"If you want to take anything to their butcher shop, don't expect a call from them, you have to call them yourselves and just hope someone answers and that your animal is actually done. I was given a 3 week estimate, called at 3 weeks and they told me it should be done by the next week. 7 weeks later still nothing. They taste good but the communication and time frames of this place are absurd. By far the longest processing time i've ever experienced from a butcher shop. For how much they charge compared to other places you would think it would be much better. I would recommend giving your business to someone else."
