"I've always had a pleasant experience with this location. This location offers ample parking, plenty of seating, and clean restrooms. The barista's have always been friendly during my visit, and my beverages are promptly available after ordering through the mobile app. I highly recommend the strawberry creme frappuccino. It is absolutely delicious and satisfying, especially if you're not in the mood for coffee. I also enjoy their vanilla bean frappuccino and black iced tea. I decided to try the blended strawberry lemonade. It was okay but not something that I'd order again. This is my preferred location in Albany, and I like the friendly atmosphere. I will visit again in the near future."

"For a Starbucks I was pleased by the ambience inside. Usually when a Starbucks gets busy, the sounds of a coffee rush crowd, coffee grinders and espresso steamers can drown out your conversation, surprisingly this location has great acoustics and my multi-hour catch-up with a friend was unaffected. My drink and breakfast sandwich were on point and the Staff was friendly and accommodating. Also, if you are looking for some stocking stuffers, they have a LARGE AMOUNT OF CLEARANCE ITEMS AVAILABLE CURRENTLY (cups, mugs, etc.), just something I noticed and wanted to share if you are ready to do some early Xmas shopping ;-)"
