Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"Stopped by this week to order a couple sides for a meal I was making at home. The worker was quit rude and argued that they do not sell side items without a pizza purchase. In fact for two years this is the exact location I have purchased side items with no pizza. She was relentless with her bad attitude and refused my order. It was concerning that she was the manager. I will never step foot into this store again after being a loyal customer for many years. Re train your manager in customer service. There was absolutely no need for her nasty attitude. I cannot be the first person to have experienced her behavior."

"GOD I LOVE THE PAPA MURPHY STAFF!! I want pizza and the amazing staff puts it all together no problem. The rare times i see issues in the store, they’re cooked up by the customers being ignorant and the workers do their best to help those while also working on the multitude of orders coming online and thru the phone. I congratulate them for being able to handle all of that while also crafting magnificent pizzas."

"This is a great Papa Murphy's! The staff is always nice and they are also very quick, I don't think I've ever waited longer than 5 minutes and that's me ordering in the store and not ahead of time. They have fun little coloring contests for kids during holidays and special occasions, my youngest enjoys doing them! Overall a great store! I've never had a bad experience here!"

"In the past I’ve ordered a tray of meatballs (the meatballs and sauce are delicious!) with extra sauce and no cheese. Today I called to place the order and, after being placed on hold I was told I couldn’t have extra sauce. “Meatballs already come with one pound of sauce.” I asked if I could pay more, I don’t mind being charged. Emma repeated “They already come with one pound of sauce.” I asked how I could get more sauce, only to be told I couldn’t. Eventually she said the tray didn’t have the capacity for extra sauce. I can kinda understand that- I’ve worked in pizza kitchens before so I get capacity issues. However, in my experience today there was a lack of problem solving and she seemed impatient with my request. I wanted to know if I could get some sauce on the side. “No, meatballs already come with one pound of sauce.” Why can’t I buy a container of sauce on the side? Or why can’t you give me one less meatball to make room for extra sauce in the tray? Why is it a problem today when it hasn’t been a problem in the past? I picked up my meatballs. They kinda look like they have less sauce than usual. I will make the best of this frustrating situation."
