"Unprecedented ice storm. Only plane open was the panera drive through. Nothing open anywhere and my daughter had to use the washroom. Literally everything shut down including rest stops. Manager refuses. This was an unprecedented ice storm event and this manager is more than happy to take our money, but literally the slightest kindness to others was completely lost on him. Total loser. Hope you get caught in a similar situation some day."

"Fantastic healthy food. So many great choices. Serious value and fresh ingredients. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Honestly this was not your typical fast food, the food came out fast but it was healthy and looked like a fine restaurant. The price was right too,I got 2 choices for $20. That salad would have been $20 alone anywhere else. I love the real bowls and fork too, no extra waste!"
"Driving through Albany we decided to try Panera bread , the food was good but they were out of a lot of ingredients that we ask for on our sandwiches. Sorry we only could give them two stars , they should have all the food ingredients for all their menu items, and they don’t."
