"The clothing is very well curated, but the one time I went in I was completely ignored by the owner, who were more interested in chatting with a mother and daughter pair who had just purchased several hundred dollars’ worth of merchandise. I’m not sure she even greeted me. I did have my baby-almost-toddler girl with me, but she was quiet the whole time, stayed on my hip/in my arms, and I did not allow her to touch anything. I had a few questions and I was interested in talking with hero about vintage clothing, but in the 20-30 minutes I waited, she barely even looked at me. The customers before me seemed to be regulars (or at least repeat customers), but that doesn’t excuse ignoring new potential customers! Not bothering to go back. I’d rather make the drive into Portland, where at least the staff pay attention to me."
