"Mr. Olivier installed our new liner pool two years ago and we are still waiting for him to install the liner correctly. Our brand new pool had several wrinkles and he assured us that his guys would get every wrinkle out. Unfortunately Mr. Olivier was involved in an accident that left him unable to work for several months. We waited patiently for his full recovery. He has been working for over a year now and still has not reset my pool liner. He refuses to answer my calls and no one returns emails or voicemails. I do not recommend Olivier Pools!"

"I called on June 1 @ 2 pm and made an appointment for a liner replacement quote for June 7 @ 4pm. Tuesday came and went and I had not heard back from them. Finally decided to call on Thursday June 9 @ 7 am and they answered the phone with a simple Hello. I explained what I was waiting for and she informed me that they hadn't even written my appointment down, and it would be over two weeks before they could actually come out to give the quote and then after that it's another month before a liner gets in, then they make the appointment to replace it. I politely told them no thank you. Could have already gotten he liner ordered by now if they had been more professional. Just letting you know that if you call here for a quote make sure to call other companies as well because these guys just might be forever before they get to you and you may have to call them to remind them of all your appointments."

"Mr Olivier built my pool 23 years ago. Wonderful experience. No problems at all. Even added extra concrete for my decking area. He was fast and efficient. A couple of tiles fell off after we got hit by Ike - other than that my pool has shows the quality of workmanship and still looks brand new. He built my pool start to finish in under 3 months. He was here everyday checking on the progress. Even the diving board is original -as well as everything else. He had some good ideas and incorporated them at no charge to me and that was an extra plus!!! He put in seating near the shallow end (great idea) and added extra step in the pool so you don't just drop off. We had a great experience and still have a beautiful inground pool that has given us many wonderful memories."
