"This is about the store, not their chemicals. The store here in Beaumont has always been exceptionally friendly. Sometimes there's a lot of people in the store, which is cool, they still take their time talking and helping the customer. Water testing is quick if no one is in there, if so, you can drop and linger or run to one of the stores really quick in the area. My Mom doesn't like their chemicals as much, but, they're the easiest online and better than some.of the big box stores chemicals."
