"This place is worse than Walmart used to be. Checkout lines 100 people long, random employees walking acting busy while playing on their cell phone. Only reason I came was to get a couple boxes of ammo. Found what I needed in 5 minutes which is great but, then waited 45 minutes to check out. Fix the check out situation and this becomes the academy it used to be when it first opened. It's gone down hill fast in the last couple years."

"Not only is it the holidays so expecting delayed wait times is normal. But I placed an online order one morning and never received confirmation so I called the next day to check the status since my same day pick up was obviously no longer a same day pick up. Everyone who answered told me they could not help me and continued to transfer me until I got to DeAndre! Guys, when I say this young man was the most helpful and kind person I have dealt with. He was understanding and ensured me he was working alone but he would get to it as soon as ge could. They were behind 200 orders and yet he still took time to help me when he could have just said sorry it's not ready and let me go. Everything was yes ma'am, I am sorry and we will get this out for you as soon as possible. He took time to explain their situation and was just the definition of great costumer service. If he isn't in management yet I would definitely be looking at this young man because he knows what it takes to provide great customer service. Thank you for making my delayed shopping experience less stressful. I also got an email that night that my order was ready! Not mad one bit. Thanks to him! The rest of the sales team should take note from him for sure. After 3 people with terrible excuses, he was the one person who turned it around."

Head up front to check out and find a winding full line to the other side of the store. 5 minutes shopping and 30 minutes in check out line, no thank you. Ordered from Amazon next day, should have saved my gas too."
