"Please do not move here! They are horrible you pay a 500 move in fee you don’t get back. Then when you move out they want to charge for normal wear and tear! They literally trying to charge me for a carpet stain when they barely do their job. Stayed in the place for 2 years have young kids what do they expect! Also A/C always out. Overcharged for outdated apartments. Save your money and your time!"

"lived here a year and a half and it’s always been a problem. a/c unit leaked water everytime the air was on maintenance did nothing but put a towel under it to catch the water the room where it’s at literally is mildewed. i recently terminated my lease and just left because of rats eating through my kitchen wall, even with rats in my kitchen nothing still wasn’t done about it. pest control was called but he never he came in my apartment (saw him knock on the door and walk away on my ring doorbell) i ended up calling a exterminator myself and paying out of my own pocket but i still wasn’t comfortable to keep living there after seeing and hearing those rats. so beware if you move in apt #202 you will have rats!!"

"Maintenance issues are slow to be handled, if at all. They tell you there is an after hours maintenance person on call, but when you call the line, the people there tell you they only take messages for the next business day. We had our heat go out on the Friday night of a holiday weekend, and of course the temperatures that night and the next were in the upper 20’s. The third night the outside temperature was in the 40’s. I called several times each night, but ended up having to spend my own money on space heaters and putting the kids all in one room to sleep to keep warm. When the office opened again on Tuesday, they said no one got our many messages. It still took them 2 more days to fix it. This is only the most severe example of problems on this property. The pools that are for residents only are overrun by people from surrounding properties who throw the patio furniture into the pool ad leave cigarette buts on the ground in the pool area. Of course, that’s only when they are open."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! 1st of all, they tell you that the rent is a certain amount that includes water, but of course your bill fluctuates depending on the water bill every month. Secondly, pray that nothing breaks because if they feel it's not something that will damage their property, they WILL NOT fix it. I have been complaining about my air in my townhouse for months and it still hasn't been rectified. Spend your money elsewhere."
