Calypso Bay Apartments

"This apartment complex has a severe rodent issue! Theres rats, mouse, ants, roaches in these apartments! They also don’t have a consistent pest control! It takes about 8 weeks for them to have someone come out! These apartments are also paper thin and poorly padded you will hear EVERYTHING!"

"We love living here! It's clean, quiet, safe and the staff have been nothing but helpful and courteous to us at all times. We've been here over 4 years and have never had a complaint. Our apartment is huge (3 bedrooms) and our garage is two car and plenty of room. It's well laid out. I love our balconies and the palm trees right outside! It is a tropical paradise!"

"I lived at Calypso Bay Apartments for 4.5 years (3 - 18 month leases) and was sad to leave. I would definitely live there again without a doubt The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are nice and spacious, and the pool area makes you feel like you are on vacation. The staff was always very helpful and available and took care of all my complaints/needs quickly. It was a pleasant experience living at Calypso Bay aka my former home."

"We moved in a few months ago and love it here. The staff is super friendly and everytime I've had anything that required maintenance they have been here same day. My apartment was very clean when I got here and even had new carpets. I'm a stay at home mom with 2 boys, I feel safe walking them around the complex, the pool area is fantastic and it's close to a park. I never planned to move back to an apartment after buying a house but after being here I don't know if I'll buy again!"

"You will be drawn in by the amenities - pool area is beautiful. Gym equipment is old and worn out. Apartment is spacious, however the fixtures are very basic and on the cheaper side. The front desk people are nice when you first meet them, but be warned after you sign your contract it's a different story. They are very dismissive and not at all flexible. If you work on the West Bank, I would recommend this property compared to the other properties in the area. If you work at all on the other side of the river, I would stay clear of this place. First impressions of the complex and attitudes of the front desk staff can be deceiving..."
