"Very very BAD! Promised me a unit, asked for deposit but never available. I end up spending money to stay in a hotel for a 10 days until found me another apartment. Management sucks, specially the manager, she has big time attitude. The units are run-down. Worst, they tried to rip me off by asking for move out fees for which in fact, I never even moved in, Duh! Please DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER."

"The worst management you could ever imagine. I honestly don’t know how the entire office staff has not been fired by now for the way they treat the people that live here. Even before I moved in they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to call several times just to get basic information that should have been told to me upfront. I’ve been here for several months now and anytime I’ve had an issue or problem they do not help whatsoever. I have been told multiple times that they would take care of certain issues that never got resolved. The apartments are big but when I moved in mine was dirty and smelt like someone had just chain-smoke several packs of cigarettes. Now I’m reading things about not getting security deposits back and facing hidden fees when moving out so now I’m worried about that. Edit: Two years later and the "new" management is even worse. They care more about calling us and screaming for having our bikes on our PRIVATE BALCONY (which is where I have kept them the whole 2.5 years I've lived here) rather than fixing the numerous problems we have contacted them about for MONTHS. Roach infestation, broken HVAC, sinks leaking, our things getting ruined because of leaks, poor insulation, including doors and windows, pools and gyms ALWAYS closed even though they are offered as "amenities". We are also being charges DOUBLE for our water the past 3 months and baywood is claiming it is because THEY forgot to charge us for water in March. It is now almost October and we are still being charges double. They are liars and crooks. So yourself and RUN as far away from this place as you can and the disgusting people that work here...."

"Get your hands out of your tenants pockets and actually invest in your units the overall complex and get office members who can actually assist and care to assist tenants instead of rereading the problem back to them with their hands up in the air. Invest in your maintenance crew who actually want to go out and do their job and create the “comfortable home” that you all supposedly advertise instead of small bandaids. It’s absurd to continue to raise and steal money from tenants and the complex never improve. What are you actually paying for? Pretty soon y’all are going to get put on blast for the unprofessionalism that go on at this complex."

"Never ever move to these apartments. Won't let you have a window unit, even with inside temperatures reaching over 90°... Mold in the closets. Gates never working. Pools always green and gross or closed. Ceiling faling apart. Its disgusting, and poorly managed..."

"The biggest mistake you can make is living in it. There is no cleanliness, no safety, and the staff is dirty and unresponsive. They do not respond to solving their internal problems at home. I lived here a few months ago, and I send requests to them on their website. I went to the office more than once, and they will not respond.. Insects and problems are inside my unit, and they will not. They respond, the most important thing is that they only have rent. Bad society and everything is photographed and documented by the official authorities soon"
