"As long as you get section 8 they'll allow you to move right in. They'll allow tenants to violate their lease in several ways and there aren't any consequences while the descent tenants have to suffer and lose their peace of mind where they pay their full amount of rent to live. The workers in the office are careless and the rent they charge for the apartments aren't worth it."
