"JWH Properties is a great company to rent from. Angela in the office is the best! She’s super on top of things and makes sure anything you need gets done right away. They’re flexible and willing to work with you if you have problems. We had an electrical issue when we first moved in, but after calling Angela, the crew was out to fix it the same day. Rental prices for their properties are great, and deposits are affordable. I only wish they had properties where I moved to so I could still rent from them."

"Moved into JWH Property, had a few unforseen issues with the home. Management handled them with speed and professionalism. Maintaniece was kind and friendly. Thanx, Couldn't ask for more... Update. 2 years renting from JWH Properties. Can and will honestly say that this company will do what is necessary for their tenants within reason. As a perspective tenant it's on you to do your research on any property that you'd consider moving into. And they facilitate that with a deposit for a key for you to go to that home personally. Things do go wrong on homes after the move in. They do whats needed to make repair. Maybe the issues were related to the tenants I'm not sure but I can say personally that they have gone above and beyond for me. Are you making your rent payments in a timely manner, if not consider doing that and maybe you'll get the service you're looking for. And yes they do rent to black people. I'm black so I think I should know first-hand about that. Thats just my 2 cents..."

"Beware of the unprofessional and the fraud owners! My boyfriend rented from them a $900 a month rental! When he moved in November 2018 there was NO HEAT for an entire MONTH in 10 degree weather! There was a major gas leak they they knew about but tried to get away with it! He purchase electric heaters to keep a 2000 sq ft home warm! They took their sweet time to fix! Nothing worked in the house! So he broke the lease due to multiple things not being fixed in a timely manner. We purchased a stove off Facebook because it didn’t come with a stove and they tried to say he stole it! When clearly the lease states there’s no stove!These people harassed me over and over via text message with threats! I showed them the receipt to the stove and they still slandered me even though my name was not on the lease! The idiots even tried to take him to court but couldn’t get the right name on the citation so it was dismissed( how intelligent) I warned him it to move into a JWH rental due to the bad reputation but he did anyways! Don’t rent from these people, they do what they want with no regard to their tenants! The maintenance men come out and track mud all over your floors and leave nails on the counter tops when they come out weeks later for maintenance issues. No professionalism! These people are complete jokes! What company gets on Facebook and argues with people! Take your hard earned money elsewhere!"

"I have never rented from such generous people before. I have been at my home for four years now and I have never had an issue that was not readily resolved. My home is in a great location and whenever I needed them they are there. They are very understanding and will work with you when help is needed."
