"Rooms have bugs, they hold your deposit and try to keep it. They are blaming my bank. Old food in refrigerator from previous guests. Rude staff that lies with attitude. Room had dirt mites which is a first for me in a hotel ever. Call 7 days later still hold my deposit. I will dispute it with my bank."

"If I could get them 0 stars for customer service l I would. They said no pets allowed but it says they allow pets on the website ask for a refund because they don't accept pets then refused to give me a refund that called thrift. And I'm seeing roaches crawling everywhere"

"Giving one star because we were unable to stay here. They are advertised as “pet friendly” but upon entering there was a sign that stated no pets were allowed whatsoever. Thankfully we didn’t book online because it would have been non refundable and we would have lost our money."

"The Clerk was amazing, and even had the manager show me the room before I paid. The manager was incredible, They understand the meaning of hospitality. The hotel is dated, but has so much potential as a retro hotel. My 15 year old really thought the place was super cool. He couldn't get over the pool area. The rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. Pricing was great for what you got. I will be going back."

"The worst place i ever stayed!!!! Roaches as big as a baby's foot. The owner is very rude and talks to you like you are a nobody. Curly haired lady at the front desk is even worst then he is. She should not be in the customer field If you complain they basically tell you to deal with it. You constantly have to run to the front desk for a plunger because of the toilet stopping up or won't flush at all. Housekeeping may come once a week if they feel like it. The towels they bring have stains and never seem to be cleaned properly. Police is always getting called up there because of the dealers and addicts. If you can deal with all of that then you will be good. The worst ever trust me."
