"Great room, quiet, and great customer service with a friendly, helpful staff. Accidentally left an important item in the room, and staff offered to mail it to me. I declined because I was coming back through a week later and was able to stop by and pick it up."

"Pros: Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was hot and fresh, pet friendly, parking lot was well lit Cons: The whole building does have kind of a musty smell, water pressure was a bit low for my liking, AC units look like they're in need of an update or a deep cleaning If you're like me and just need a place to clean up and lay down for the night, you'll be fine here."

"Location-very convient, right off the I20. Looked a bit sketch, but looks are deceiving. It was very safe. Service- I didn’t have very much contact with customer service. My husband and son seemed satisfied. They don’t have toothbrushes at the desk. He had to buy one for $4. Room- here’s the best part. Our room was suuuper clean. I was very impressed. Didn’t give me the eebie jeebies one bit. The shower pressure was excellent. The tv is small, but it did the job. Breakfast- meh. But that’s not this locations fault. It’s what LaQuinta, as a chain, offers. Overall high recommend, mostly due to the cleanliness of the room."

"This was a fully wheelchair accessible room and I appreciate Ms. Kelly making sure I had that room. People would be surprised how many hotels say their rooms are "handicapped accessible" only for me to find they are not. Only problem with the room was that the heat didn't work but I traveled with a portable heater and that worked out great. I didn't even bother anyone about the heat not working so I take responsibility for that. It just wasn't a big problem for us. Also, breakfast was great including eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, toast and waffles. The lovely staff also welcomed and thanked us for coming to breakfast which was super sweet. I'll definitely be staying here again."

"This was an awesome La Quinta. Because I liked it so much I’ve decided to stay at La Quinta’s all the time when I’m not staying at Hyatt’s, which on my preference. The breakfast was amazing and the lobby was very nice. I loved the decorating in the rooms which were purple or a little bit purple. The front desk staff were really great. The problem was that there was a huge leak over by the air conditioner either because of the rain or because the air conditioner, and the room smelled quite mildewed. It was very obvious that something was wrong, and the housekeepers should have reported it so they could figure out what was wrong before I stepped in wet carpet in a sock! But everything else was so nice I believe this was just not discovered yet by management. Everything else was well taken care of, and I believe if this would’ve been brought to the attention of the staff, this room would have been considered out of order until it was fixed. At least I hope that’s how it would be handled."
