Thank you, Debbie, for living on-site and providing a secure environment 24hrs a day! Also, she removed a sprinkler that was spraying my car. Couldn't be happier!!"
"This apartment complex has single handedly cured my fear of spiders! I've encountered (and killed) so many spiders that I no longer freak when I see one. I originally kept count but after I got to around 30 in the span of two months I lost track. Also if you enjoy making 15+ noise complaints and having absolutely nothing done, this place is perfect! Other honorable mentions include: leaky windows, leaky doors, the fake wood floors are coming up, OH AND THE GATE THAT WE PAY SO MUCH RENT FOR HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR LIKE THREE MONTHS! Yeah I feel real safe..."
"I am not a resident yet; however, I wanted to leave a 1st impression review for Ms. Sidney & the property. I’ve found that people will leave a review when they are dissatisfied, but hesitate to list the good… so, I read most reviews knowing the ratings are usually lower than to be expected in reality. Leasing Office: Clean, decorated for the holidays, and smelled amazing. My wife and I were instantly greeted upon entering by Ms Sidney. She asked us to wait as she finished with her previous customers. We didn’t have an appointment, but didn’t have to wait long (approximately 5-10 mins). Ms. Sidney: Highly professional, attentive, an excellent listener, and knowledgeable regarding complex offers. She had several signs already neatly posted, that were informative and up-to-date. Her customer service was superb! She anticipated our needs/desires and provided us with information we needed prior to us even knowing we’d want it. She sold us on wanting to live here prior to us ever viewing the property. All I could imagine was our potential issues being promptly resolved with detail and care if ever an occurrence. Property: We then toured the property/apartment, and this pretty much sealed the deal. The scene was picturesque from a magazine or a love movie. Willow trees surround a centralized pond with a lake just steps away. Very clean/quiet. Playground and benches to sit. Not a crowded area. Gated community is a plus! The apartment was just as nice with granite counters and a garden tub. Very clean and spacious for the the size we desired. Pricing was fair and cheaper than smaller/less attractive units already viewed. We left knowing this would be our next home. Thank you Ms. Sidney for the exceptional service and tour. You are special, and I hope your company knows the value you add to their enterprise!"
"Please take a walk around this property before signing your lease. It’s definitely not worth the money at all. The roof in building 1 collapsed a month ago, there is a HUGE whole in the ceiling on the 3rd level. Not fit for living conditions for anyone and they’re clearly in no rush to fix it. The parking is TERRIBLE, the office staff allowed 1 tenant to have 3 garage parks instead of giving every apartment the opportunity of having its own. I’m a mother of 3 so when I get off work at night I have to sometimes park 2-3 buildings down due to limited parking spaces. That’s very dangerous especially when they are always having theft issues on this property. I’ve asked multiple times about a garage/shed and have been denied. They are SLOW to communicate and fix any issues at hand. Do not waste your time!"
