"I will not recommend these apartments to nobody unless your homeless if I could really give them no stars I would myself the new manager Margaret is very rude and disrespectful I paid a three hundred dollar refundable deposit that she took from me I only gotten 192$ back she also says that my ceiling fan was dusty and she could have charge me for that when I first moved into them apartments it was already nasty they had roaches and all kind of other bugs I also asked her could she send a exterminator she sent them to my house maybe once or twice and gotten upset with me cause I took actions on my own I had to buy bug spray and she said it was a problem using it she accuse me of spraying too much when I only bomb my house and use the bug spray around my outside and back and accuse me of using 2 gallons of bug spray which I never did at the end of the day these are the worst apartments I ever lived in like I said the manager had personal issues with my fiancé and was not allowed back into the office due to them personal Issue she had with her at the end of the day please save your money and move on to a better place"

"If I could give no stars I would. Do not move here unless this is your only option. Maintenance do not fix anything. The ac do not work like it should. For example if I have the ac set to 70 it will read 73 or higher and will never cool the apartment till at night. Leaving you with a high light bill. They are renovating the apartments but they look way worst than before the renovation. I have been here for a year and a half the only reason I have not moved yet is becuz it is expensive but trust I'm saving to move. Do not waste your money here the rent is too high for them to not fix anything and they never answer the phone. The parking lot has pit holes that was there before the renovations.this apartment is on my list of do not move back to."

"Though management has changed and a few renovations, there are still soooo many issues within the units. Maintenance orders are never completed I’ve been waiting for months and have resubmitted and still nothing. Made calls to the office and I’m always told they will have maintenance look. I have plumbing issues i haven’t used my dishwasher since moving in. It leaks all over the floor. Bathroom sink leak I have a bucket under one to catch it. Kitchen sink sometimes leak. And have to scoop the water out because when I wash dishes some of the sink water go to the dishwasher. My main concern is the black mold that could potentially come due to the leaking in the walls. They don’t consider the inner walls just the outside. You have to call the office if they ever answer sometimes I have to actually walk to the office for assistance (since they don’t check or follow up on the online maintenance orders)they write it down and that’s it a message on a piece of paper that eventually get thrown away and never taken care of. And let’s not talk about the insects from ants, gnats, spiders, roaches (a few but enough that’s alarming), centipedes, and other kinds I never saw before. I submitted a request for pest control didn’t hear anything back called the office and said they have pest control come out still hasn’t happened almost 2 months later. People park in spots to where they block the side road in the back so you have to turn around and go out the main entrance. Definitely need a new maintenance crew!! Can we get a new maintenance crew?!! All in all the only thing it seems like they care about is collecting rent. I’m definitely considering breaking my lease. It’s not worth the stress and hassle to get people to do their jobs!! Be aware before you move it. Don’t let the renovations fool you. A diamond can shine and still be fake!!!"

"Please do not live over here THEY HAVE SNAKES , they terrible. & now they have new management coming & wanna lie like you own them late fees when i pay my rent on time EVERYMONTH.you have to call them 5 times to fix some. They apartment aint worth what they charge , & i live on the top why df was a snake at my front door ? & they told me its nun they can do about it."
