"Over all decent place to live. Spacious, clean. However , and this a very very big however. AC is broken multiple times. Informed management multiple times. Fixed multiple times, yet broken again multiple times. For the New York City prices you pay for this place, this is absolutely unacceptable. This isn’t a unique issue to my apartments. Multiple residents have the same issue. Upon this review management will post a number to call, to act like they are paying attention to this issue. But that will be just for marketing purposes . If you wanna survive Louisiana heat and come out alive, I’d go for a play with a functioning AC. One positive is Tony the maintenance man, is very attentive and tries his best."

"This place is so great! The apartment itself is really nice and the staff are attentive. Ebonee in the front office has always been able to answer all my questions and she always takes the extra step to make sure I’m taken care of. Keep up the great work!"

"Horrible. Moved into this place because of the high reviews online. This place is the most poorly managed property that I have ever seen. First off, Their AC doe NOT work. Northern Louisiana summers get extremely hot. During the peak summer the air would not get below 79 degrees in the apartment. I had to buy 3 window units to keep the place cool. The landscaping to this property is not touched and there is trash everywhere. A couch sat in the parking lot for over 4 months as the complex would not remove it. Pest control is another issue. My wife goes into anaphylaxis when stung by wasps. When asked to come spray as there were over 5 nests surrounding our apartment, they came over with a can from home depot and said they can't reach, and that and we should expect to have a lot of wasps "it's Louisiana." Just wait until you try to move out of this place. We got a bill of over $4,000...$2,000 of which was because we move out 3 days before our lease was up. I would avoid this property at all costs. Extremely disappointed with our stay here and hope others will not make the same mistake we did."

"We have loved living here! The entire staff is friendly and maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The apartment is spacious and feels like home. We loved the pool during the summer and enjoy how peaceful the community is. The location is great because of easy access to everything! The attached garage is a huge plus! This place is kid-friendly, dog-friendly and has been a great place to live!"
