"Do not buy a home from here! Spent four months waiting for them to refurbish a home when we were told it would take 3 to 4 weeks.... on top of that we were lied to week after week about when it would be ready. Pushed off closing 3 times due to incomplete work and the last time we finally did close is because we were just tired of waiting. Home still was not complete. Piss poor job on the refurbish is giving them a compliment. I'll fix it myself. You get what you pay for. No wonder why no one can beat their price Update: house has been sitting on the land for a month now and we are still not in it. No one has yet to work on getting things ready for us. We keep getting put off with excuses. Do not make the mistake we made."

"At first, we were happy to work with Greg Tilley's Repos in purchasing a mobile home. They constantly told us about their outstanding reputation and we believed them. This turned out to be a huge mistake. The home took entirely too long to be refurbished and delivered. Numerous problems were found upon delivery: the plumbing under the house was damaged, doors were off hinges, there was no insulation under the house, the electrical panel was shorting out, and there were several leaks found. Tilley's was unwilling to come out and correct these issues and the leaks are still happening. We are very dissatisfied with our experience and would not recommend anyone purchase a home from them. Especially do not believe them when they brag about their reputation!!"
