"Ally was a rock star getting all of the paperwork and check-in items done. Couldn't ask for a nicer or more hard working person. She'd get 10 stars if I could. The apartment is great..... location is great! Only been here two days..... don't know that I'll leave."

"Don't recommend due to the manager's willingness to break signed contracts with ease while moving out. She tried again to charge more than what was agreed and signed but we were able to reverse it to the original fee. We felt that if we reported this offense then she would have retaliated and added more fees while doing the final walkthrough."

"I have been living at Canebrake for a little over 6 months now. The staff, the amenities, parking, and the quality of the homes are amazing. Cindy, Ericka and the other girls who manage the property go above and beyond to ensure their tenants are well taken care of. Funny story. I once left my apartment in a rush, and once I got all the way to school I realized I had left my oven on. I called the office and made the very odd request for someone to please enter my apartment to turn the oven off. Without hesitation, I was told it would be taken care of! I was beyond embarrassed to even call and ask, but once again, the service and hospitality is unmatched. I have not had a single complaint in my time living here, but I know if I do it will be taken care of and made a priority by the staff. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! If you are looking for a place to live, Canebrake is it! You will not regret it."
