Management company knows the people living there dont have the financial resources to fight back, they are a horrible management company, they get the cheapest managers who aren't qualified"
"Went to this location to seek info about an apartment for a family member. Everything always seems so neat, clean and well maintained. Wandered around looking for staff member. All offices were unlocked. Walked all through the offices, no one. All the time I am calling all the listed numbers. Voice mail. Walked all over the properties. Found a big community center type building. A nurse was in there said she was setting up for a blood drive and did not know where anyone was. Found maintenance rooms, another office, all unlocked. Like some kind of ghost town. Finally went home. A week later got a call from a woman who did not realize that the voice mails she had finally checked were a week old."
"Worst place on earth! I wouldn't make my worst enemy live here...it's dirty,no one changed the carpet or painted before I moved into my apartment, the landlords, Becky and Penny, are rude and get off on harassing everyone, they turn the water hoses off in the summer so you can't water your gardens, they send everyone snide notes telling them not to gossip about them, they inspect everyone's apartment monthly, sometimes two or three times a month (harassment !! ) and if they aren't 100 percent up to their insanely high standards they will evict you. This place is a hell hole. If my mother hadn't moved in here and needed care I wouldn't have moved in here, fortunately she died and now I can get the hell out of here. If you have your choice, go to Blanchard seniors 1 or 2,which are owned by other people, but don't come here!! These people are rude, mean and insane!! You couldn't pay me to live here again!!"
