"Very disappointed with experience. They list a deposit amount for their properties, but don't tell you it will be different than what is listed after they process the application. Almost 4 times the rent for deposit to move in that is, RIDICULOUS!!! Save your money for the application fee and use a different company. You can't get anyone to actually call you they use text and email and takes days for them to responded. The house I looked at a month ago still on the site for rent. It could have already been rented and lived in, but overpriced move in rates. You will have better luck renting apartments than using them."

"The house looked just as advertised. They were friendly and worked quickly. However the home I was looking at was a 2 bedroom, and I told them it would be my 3 chikdren and self before ever looking at the home, and doing the application. I was told they didn't see any reason why that would be a problem. Originally they said I was denied due to income ratio. Well I eradicated that pretty quickly. And proved I made more than 3x's the rent. Then they told me I was denied because it would be 4 people in a 2 bedroom home. While they were very polite and did refund my app fee to me. It was very frustrating to be denied after I has previously told them it would be my three kids and self. But I get it and respect their decision. As I understand the owner could have over rode their decision. No hard feelings and I will possibly try renting from them again."

"Mayco has been great to me for the year and a half I've lived in their property. They're patient, accommodating and resourceful. Whenever i needed maintenance assistance they were always there an always swift to reply. From my experience I would recommend others to apply to their properties. Im giving it 4 stars bc nothing is perfect. However, Mayco is pretty great."
