"I’m a current resident. I’ve lived her since February 2020. This apartment complex has changed tremendously since new management has take over. I use to be able to submit online request for work orders, but the site won’t allow it. This office is suppose to be open on Saturdays, but it has been closed every Saturday since the new management. My thermostat went out under old management. It was fixed in a timely manner, but I never received credit when I turned in the high electric bill. I turned in the information for electric bill and never heard back. I kept calling the corporate office, but never heard back. My AC went out, which is considered and emergency. The maintenance guy didn’t come until the following day, had to suffer with no AC. I put in a work order for the AC not cooling some of the rooms and it took forever to get that done. My apartment flooded from the upstairs apartment. I wasn’t home and no one notified me of the issue, supposedly maintenance checked my apartment claiming there was no water on the floor, which was a lie. My son cleaned up all the water. He basically did their job. They sent someone to clean up the water, the carpet was cut. It looks so tacky. This was the second flood. Carpet should have been replaced Maintenance put paint all over my trash can. and dish rack I had to buy a new trash. can, should have covered up things before they started working, this was after the apartment flooded. The burners on the stove wasn’t working. Maintenance checked stated it was working, but it wasn’t. He had to come back to fix again. My recent issue was October 7, 2023, tried to reach the office because my oven isn’t working properly. I spoke with the answering service. She stated she would contact Brandon and have him call me. I didn’t get her name. Brandon never called I called the answering service back and spoke with Brenda. Brenda stated the office should be open and she would send them a message. I called the corporate answering service and spoke with Astra. I asked her to send an email to Monica May, Regional Manager, hopefully she will reach out. I called with my issue during office hours, but the issue wasn’t resolved, so I won’t be able to cook using the oven. I’m so thankful that I will be movingly at the end of October. If you are thinking about moving here, think twice. The management isn’t the same. I requested the carpet to be changed but I was told they couldn’t. I’m counting down the days."
"Has gone down significantly in the past year. All of us who have been here for years are leaving and I am upset about that. Everyday there is a UHAUL with people moving out. Almost everyone has moved out of building 11. The demographic has changed. This use to be a place where I felt comfortable and a place where I was proud to stay. Last night, I came home to a bunch of teenagers sitting on my steps who do not even live in my building. Teenagers walk ALL NIGHT long. There are no rules about quiet time. When I first moved, there was a fee that had to be paid if you were reported for being loud between certain house. I was talking to someone days ago and we both agreed that this use to be THE PLACE to live. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. They were talking about young boys shaking door handles and stealing gas out of cars on the Ring app. That is scary for those like me who live alone. I wish I could end my lease early but I will be out of over $2,000 so I will stick it out until January."
"Terrible service and roaches. I was good attendant for long time, made all payments on time. They made false accusations that I had a dog, repeatedly told them I don’t have dog. I moved out immediately, did not feel welcome. When left they charge me over $600 and threatened me if didn’t pay they would report me to credit bureau. Talked to manager and told them I’ve never had a dog, but she was rude and did not listen what so ever. Scam, extremely disappointing!!!!"
"My husband and I had to move here do to our house burning down. Our insurance got us the apartment. The staff were awesome! Super nice and efficient and friendly. We have been here 4 months and haven't had any problems. Nice swimming pool and the apartments are nice and spacious. The only complaint that I have is there isn't enough parking by your apartment. We are moving out next week only because our new house is ready. If for some reason in the future we need an apt ( hopefully not but ya never know) I wouldn't have any problem living here again"
