"I am a patient in Twin Lakes Care Center being treated for two fractured legs with Dr. Hennan the primary care physician. The first screw-up was changing my pain meds without a suitable alternative provided to the care facility. I was forced to endure the pain for three days without any medication. The second screw-up came he was asked to visit me at Twin Lakes Care Center for a bladder or prostate problem. He refused to come to the facility. When an appointment at his office was attempted, I was told it would be one week before he could see me. Dr. Floyd Hennan seems to have no problem coming to Twin Lakes when he chooses to visit. I get billed regardless if his presence was required or not."
