"Converted house on the edge of the Qtr. It was surprisingly quiet given its location. Has a cute little courtyard for your am coffee/smoke. The Blues room is tiny, barely big enough for two people to walk around in. They were also heavy with the bleach. I was solo sleeping off a buzz, wasn't there much, and only one night. I was also able to street park on the same block with no tickets, tows or break-ins, score. 10am checkout in the quarter seems cruel though."

"We stayed in the Blue Room and had a great time! Perfect location - super walkable around the French Quarter and super close to Marigny and all the really cool stuff on Frenchman street - close enough to Bourbon that if you wanted to explore there, you could, but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet (and why would you go to Bourbon when you could go to Frenchman?!). Made for a bit of a longer commute to things like the Garden District and beyond, but even still you're close enough to Canal to get the streetcars and such. Would absolutely stay again, and appreciated them checking in on us after we arrived late after our flight!"

"Great location that provides an authentic New Orleans experience - if you're looking for a comfortable and safe stay near the French Quarters (but still far enough that you can get a quiet night's sleep) - this is the place! I was a bit surprised checking in as the housekeeper was sitting in the room in the dark playing on her phone, but the remainder of my stay was awesome. It's a clean and quaint, incorporating New Orleans' flair into the room which makes it seem a bit dated, but the washroom and bed seem to be updated within the last 5 years. I stayed in the Garden Room adjacent the shared patio space and other guests were very good and didn't make a lot of noise. I received a lot of great suggestions in my welcome email about locations to visit for sightseeing and food which was really appreciated."

"What a great place to spend a couple days in NOLA! Lynn was very helpful with her recommendations and showing us the other rooms (that weren't occupied) we could stay when we come back! The location is amazing and walkable to all of the French Quarter and Frenchman's. Bed was super comfy and room was very clean! Would 100% recommend. Parking may be a little complicated but we flew in so no worries on our end."
