"Stayed here two nights. The lobby is really nice, the rooms aren’t. The cleanliness I would give a 3 out of 10. We had to change our room the first night do to the carpet being soaked with water. The second room we moved to wasn’t cleaned well, so we called and asked for cleaning supplies and was told no that they would send someone. Guess what? No one ever showed up. The valet parking guys will try and rip you off like you’re unsure of the parking rules. No you do not have to valet park if parking is available out front. We were made to pay for valet parking in which we did not use. Do not stay at this place the money is not worth it. We would have been better off staying at the Aloft or something. Save yourself the headache guys! And to add they are unprofessional!!!!"

"It was an easy place to stay. The streetcar on Rampart is out of service and has been for a while. I got a king w/ balcony. While I enjoyed having the balcony, I was a little put off by the amount of traffic noise from the busy Rampart St. To make it worse, my balcony door did not latch closed, nor did it seal. I wasn't concerned about the weather temp. It was the noise level I wanted to be able to block with a sealing door. I didn't bother telling anyone because there was no other room, so I just dealt with it for my week-long stay. Breakfast was good! The TV has Chrome Chromecast, which was fantastic! I enjoyed being able to cast my streaming apps from my tablet."

"The absolute worst check-in experience. We called to advise that we would be arriving after 1 AM due to unforeseen traffic delays. We were told this wouldn't be an issue and the valet would still be available. When we pulled up at 1:15 AM, there was no one at the valet stand. The front desk clerk saw us pull up but then disappeared. We were out in 24° weather pressing the intercom and knocking on the door for close to 10 minutes before another guest opened the door & let us in. Once in the lobby, it was another 20 minutes before the clerk and valet came out from a storage room with no apologies for the delay. Once we finally made it to our room, it was so cold! Getting the heater to come on was difficult and not a user-friendly process. The hot water in the bathroom sink never came on, regardless of how long we let it run, and the showerhead was filthy. I wound up having to clean it before we could shower. When I tried to ask for the manager the next day, I was told I would receive a call but nothing came of it. It's a shame the service was so horrendous, the hotel is actually in a really good location and we would've loved to be able to use it again the future."

"Great breakfast, location. Amazing kitchen in room.Id also like to add that with all of the cut backs businesses need to make the breakfast was so good and plentiful ! Our room was clean and very quiet. The gym had fresh cool towels. Weights and a pelaton bike along with all other workout equipment. We will definitely stay again!!"

"This place is ok, great location, and the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. But for the price, I expected a little more. We got a suite with a kitchen so we could cook our own meals, but it was the most poorly stocked kitchen ever. There were no kitchen towels, no dish soap, one frying pan so warped that only the center got hot, and not a single sharp knife, butter knives only. Only one hand towel for two people for two days, nothing to stand on but cold tile when you step out of the shower. Shampoo, but no conditioner. Service was good, but valet parking was a little steep at $65 per day for my truck, it was considered oversized."
