"I bought expensive leather couch about $8000.00 but cheap quality under neath the cushion ( the webbing and lining). made in American leather company. I didnt know any better that time. when I mention to people how much I paid it, they couldn't believe me. so far I haven't find leather furniture so expensive like that. I suggested dont buy it unless you know the brand well. after we had our conversation that day, it didn't go any where. so I post the review which is I am not happy with the product and the way you told me on the phone. the expert came check my leather sofa, he told me the problem. not from worn out but some thing wrong under neath the cushion is call webbing and lining maybe loose from the beginning or came off, maybe thats what I think. from the beginning after one week they delivery the couch, already have problem like softer then from the model at store. but I didn't know neither of you , actually was under neath the couch I told couple store who's sell American leather company furniture they told me, the store has to stand for their product. to ask the expert to come take a look the couch and try to fix the problem. doesnt matter which states the customer lives. after over a year later they didnt take care the problem, took American leather company so long to respond it then they said already passed the warranty. I dont recommended to buy that product after I spent $8000.00"
