"Ordered a tub from them in July and they stated it would arrive mid September. 1st week of October arrived and never heard from them, called to speak to josh, our salesman and he never called back. I called for a manager 2 days later and manager assured me it was posted for shipment and would arrive at their store oct. 25-27. Called the 26th to check on it’s arrival for us to pick up. Manager now stated…and I quote…”good news it’s posted it’s ready for shipment and scheduled to arrive in store Nov. 15th!” I then replied no ma’am that’s what you told me two weeks ago and that it was scheduled to arrive between yesterday and tomorrow. Why has it changed again? She said I’m sorry we cannot control these things but this is when it will be here and it will not change again and I said no ma’am you told me that last time and apparently it can change. So I’m assuming that the same exact thing can happen in two more weeks and I cannot keep going on indefinitely when this tub was ordered in July and originally set told that it would be in mid September! She stated there was nothing she could do."
